Chapter 2: Learning the Future

~It was 8:30 pm and Ed, Al, and Winry are upstairs talking. Ed was still shocked of what Emmy showed him~

Winry: Ed, are you sure your ok? you look like you've seen a ghost or something like a Phantom.
Al: yeah brother. Whats up?
Ed: its nothing......
Winry: *hits Ed with wrench*
Ed: OW! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR WINRY?!!! ARE YTOU TRYING TO KI-
Winry: SHUT UP ED! I HAVE MANY REASONS TO DO THAT!
Ed: hmph.....
Winry: what did she show you?
Ed: she showed me the book that tells all about our journey.
Al/Winry: ?!!!
Ed: yeah...... our story will be in the future.
Winry: well....thats not bad is it?
Ed: i keep thinking it is.
Al: brother.....
Ed: .....
Winry: what else did you do after you came up here.
Ed: uh....

~Flash Back~
Em: *shows pic of Ed and Al on the FMA book* your story is in the future.
Ed:uh....!
Em: yeah....
Ed: so my story.....and the journey I have is in the book?
Em: there is more volumes of the book. all i have is vol 3-7. i forgot to get 1 and 2. Uh! im sorry..... *blushes*
Ed: .....I'll be right back.....
Em: Im sorry.....*eyes sadden*

Winry: so all you did was take off?! how can you be so stupid Ed! *hits him with wrench again*
Ed: winry! ouch! what am I suppose to do about it huh?! shes a strange girl who happens to fall from the sky! gezz Winry......
Winry: mmmmph....*glares at Ed* *sigh* gezz.....do you remember what her expression is before you took off?
Al: I hope shes not upset by somethin you did brother.
Ed: *stares at Al* *sighs* i dont know....
~Ed remembers that Ems face was sad. Ed is getting vary nervous about what to do~
Winry: well Ed?!
Ed: I think she said something and then when i left she looked sad.
Al: brother what did you do? TT^TT
Ed: I dont know. I think i made her think im upset about what she told me.
Winry: well........when i first saw her she looked like shes a sensitive one.
Ed: what do you mean by that?
Al: hm?
Winry: i mean by the way her moods goes. some peoples emotions are sensitive. I can tell her emotions are vary sensitive. witch means her feelings can get hurt pretty easily. Im not saying you hurt her or anything. im saying maybe she thought your upset about what your reaction about the book and she might got sad. I can probably tell she just dont like people getting mad and sad. *giggles* and i bet shes shy around people. Thats why she couldn't talk normally.
Ed: !!
Al: your probably right winry.
Ed: yeah..... uh! I wonder if shes still downstairs.....
Winry: *puts tools down* ok....well why dont ALL of us go downstairs to see if shes ok.
Ed: yeah.

~later Ed, Al, and Winry went downstairs. Then they heard something. Em was outside singing Lilium. Ed,Al, and Winry went outside hiding while Em sings. Em was dancing while wearing her costume. Ed,Al, and Winry where amazed~

Em: *singing Lilium**dances in her costume*
Al: so beautiful.... TT^TT
Winry: I never heard that song before. It sound sad and lonely.
Ed: *stares at Em and Blushes**slowly walks to Em*
Winry: ? Ed get back here.
Al: oh boy >_<
Em: *singing Lilium and dancing then while dancing she saw Ed and her face went red* ?!!
Ed: what song is that?
Em: uh.....mmmm.....*blushes*
Ed: dont worry. Im not going to do anything bad to you.
Em: its Lilium.
Ed: what is it from?
Em: its from a anime show called Elfin lied. I kinda dont watch it cause...*shivers* its violent and all.
Ed: I see.... Do you know how the song goes?
Em: uh! *blushes* well.......
Winry: i WAS right that shes shy. looks like shes shy to guys mostly.
Ed: tell me how the song goes. So i can see if I can sing that.
Em: uh....ok.....*sings Lilium*

~Ed and Em sings Lilium then Em knows how to sing it in English. Then Em tells Ed the English one. Then Ed and Em sings the english version of Lilium~

Al: TT^TT its so beautiful. They sang so beautifully together.
Winry: yeah they do. *smiles* I think they make a great couple dont you think?
Al: uh....*stares at Winry*....yeah....
Winry: its ok.
Ed/Em: *done singing Lilium in english*
Ed: that felt good. I never done that in my life before.
Em: I've been doing that for a while now. *blushes*
Ed: *laughs softly*  
Em: *giggles softly*
Winry: *yawns* I got to go back to work on Ed's automail. See you later. *yawns again*
Al: I'll come with you.
Winry: ok....
Em: *hums Lilium* now i got it in my head. *giggles* If only the piano was invented I can play Lilium and the other musics.
Ed: huh? I think we have it here.
Em: huh?
Ed: yeah. I think i could take you to central and see if they have it.
Em; ok. *smiles*
Ed: *laughs*

~later Ed and Em where getting ready for bed. Em still have her costume on. Then winry gave her some cloths to wear for bed~

Winry: here you go.
Em: uh.....thanks....
Winry: dont mention it. *smiles*
Em: *smiles* .....now what...

~Emmy got dressed in the cloths Winry gave her. Emmy went outside for a bit and it was cold. Ed was looking out in the window staring at Emmy~

Ed: I wonder why shes always going outside alot.
Winry: I dont know. From the looks of it I think she just want tolook around one more time. oh! is she wearing a jacket or something?
Ed: nope.
Winry: your kidding me right Ed? Its frezzing outside. if i where her i would come back inside quickly before i frezz to death.
Ed: I'll go get her.
Winry: hmph.

~Ed walks downstairs and Em was back inside. Em yawned but shes still not tired~

Ed: whats with you go outside huh?
Em: hmm? i dont know....i thought it might make me tired. but i guess not.
Ed: your trying to make yourself tired.
Em: yeah.....and take one last look outside.
Ed: ok....

~Em sits on the couch staring at her binder. Ed walks up to her and sits next to her. Em blushes~

Ed: *blushes* i....never got the chance to know your name and all.
Em: oh. sorry about that.
Ed: its ok. so your name?
Em: *blushes* my name is Emmy.
Ed: Emmy huh? thats a nice name.
Em: well my real name is rare and some people keep calling me emily. and they keep misspelling my name alot. I guess their not used to that. *giggles*
Ed: hmm is that so?
Em: you know what the weirdest thing I've never seen in my life....
Ed: hmm? what is it?
Em: snow...
Ed: really? never seen snow?
Em: even though i was born in the snowy place ive never got the chance to see snow. so yeah.
Ed: woooooooooow that sucks.
